This past Sunday night, you all honored me beyond what I deserved. Thank you for your many gifts in recognition of my completed education. Thank you for coming to show your support. Thank you for letting me be one of your pastors.
Thank you, Pastor Adam, for taking the initiative to see that the event happened. Thank you, Lili Lundy and Diane Tipton, for working out many of the details. Thank you, Allen and Erica Ogden, for all that you did. Thank you, Deacons, for your support. Thank you, staff, for your support.
Please, just call me “Pastor Jacob.” All that I have has been given to me. Without the Lord and the countless people He has blessed me to learn from, I’m nothing.
May I steward what has been entrusted to me well.
