Church Family,
As you probably know, I’ve been preaching about music the past few Sundays. It’s been fun and I’ve heard good feedback (not from the sound system). 🙂 One practical application I’ve taken away, especially from Psalm 150, is that everything that has breath should be used by us to praise the Lord. So, I’m following up on a commitment I made to you all a week ago Sunday. The commitment I made was this:
If you can adequately play or sing . . . I am committing to do what I can to make sure the Lord is praised from the breath you can use to play any instrument you can play.
Can you sing, play guitar, saxophone, flute, oboe, percussion? The Lord deserves praise from your instrument and your voice. If you are interested in playing or singing for King Jesus in some capacity (even if it’s just in a choir!), fill out this interest form and someone will get back with you about next steps.
